ABOUT US

FIND OUT ABOUT THE COMPANY HISTORY AND MOTORCYCLE EXPERIENCE.

The Trott family has been in the motorcycle industry for 80+ years. After starting out in Birmingham, England they moved the business into London.

My great grandfather, Fred Trott I, and Grandfather Fred Trott II, sold anything from Triumphs, BSAs, Ariel's and Vincent’s to Vespa's, Lambretta's, James, Nortons, etc. Really, anything they could get their hands on. My Father, Fred Trott III, moved from London, England to San Antonio, Texas in 1969 and went to work at Cycle World on Broadway. They were The Honda, Triumph and Harley dealer in town. Then, in 1978, Fred left Cycle World and opened his own motorcycle shop which is, to this day, known as The Motorcycle Shop. We have been selling all types and makes of used motorcycles, scooters, dirt bikes, atvs, and sometimes watercraft ever since we opened. The Motorcycle Shop has and always will be a family owned and operated business.

Fred Trott the fourth who I am moved back to the UK. Nearly 20 years ago. After working at a few local shops in the Middlesex area decided upon opening my own shop. Along came F.C.TROTT Motorcycles. We were base in Harrow, Middlesex and specialized in importing bikes from Italy and the USA. We also did supermoto racing and had a good few years running a successful race team. After nearly 7 years of trading lost my lease and decided to close and venture off into the valeting world. Since learning from my father at a very young age how to clean a bike properly I would say that I am highly qualified and probrobly one of the best bike valeters around. I can remember as a youngster watching my dad meticulously clean his Triumphs and BSA’s to show winning condition. Luckily that skill has been passed on to me and I would guarantee any work I do for you with a money back guarantee. I have valeted hundreds of bikes over the past few years with not one complaint!! So give us a call and see for yourself. Whether you are selling or just want to keep that pride and joy looking like it just rolled out of the showroom.
